Our Fees

At Willow Roots, we are committed to providing clear and flexible session options to meet your needs.

Individual and Couples Therapy

$180 for a Registered Psychotherapist

$165 for a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Family Therapy with Adult Children

Sessions with three or more members are available (minimum 80 minutes).

Fees are pro-rated based on the standard 50-minute session rate.

Extended Sessions

80-minute sessions are available for individuals and couples who would benefit from extra time.

Sliding Scale Fees

A sliding scale fee is available to adjust the cost of therapy based on your financial situation. Each therapist has a limited number of spots available for this fee arrangement.

Insurance Coverage

Our services are eligible for reimbursement under most extended health insurance plans. We recommend confirming your coverage details with your provider before your first appointment to avoid surprises.

Initial Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns, answer any questions, and help you determine if our services are the right fit. This no-obligation call allows both you and your therapist to assess compatibility before beginning therapy.

Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept the following methods of payment:

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. This policy ensures we can offer that time to another client in need.
