As Clinic Manager and part of the Client Care Team at Willow Roots Therapy in Centretown, Ottawa, Bethan handles scheduling, appointment coordination, and client communication that keep the practice running smoothly, allowing our therapists to stay focused on providing great care. Her background includes both clinical work and client-facing roles, so she knows how much it matters to feel welcomed and heard from the very first phone call or email. 

Bethan is usually the first person you’ll talk to when you reach out to our psychotherapy clinic and may be the first person you see once you enter the Willow Roots Therapy Suite at 280 Metcalfe Street. If you have questions about our therapists or services, or you’re ready to book your first appointment, she’ll walk you through it with patience and respect. Her goal is simple: make that first step feel easy.

Outside the clinic, Bethan is a self-described foodie and bookworm.
