At Willow Roots Therapy, we prioritize transparency by offering clear and straightforward information about our therapy fees in Ottawa. Our pricing is structured to reflect the high quality of care you will receive, with various payment options available, including direct billing to certain insurance providers. We believe that understanding the costs associated with mental health services is crucial for making informed decisions. Transparency is key to building trust, and we are committed to providing you with the information and support you need to navigate your therapy journey with confidence.
The Details
- Our services are eligible for reimbursement by most extended health insurance plans. Please confirm your coverage with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
- When you are ready to reach out to us, a 15 minute phone consultation will be offered. During that call we will talk about what our first session will look like, what your concerns are and we will answer any questions you may have. This is the time where you and the therapist can assess whether you would be a good fit.
- The fee is $170 for individuals and couples based on a 50 minute session.
- Family sessions last 80 minutes with 3 members or more.
- Payment is due at the end of each session. Credit and e-transfer are the accepted methods of payment.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us by email or phone 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, as this allows us to offer that time slot to other clients. The full session fee will be billed with less than a 24 hour notice.
